Our client, a top 50 UK law firm, are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to join their team. This role will provide professional support to multiple fee earners, including senior managers and the head of department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients regarding account reminders and responding to enquiries from clients and third parties
  • Organising travel, managing diaries, conferences, and meeting room bookings
  • Assisting with the billing process
  • Uploading company incorporations and preparing statutory books
  • Supporting with the preparation of Board Minutes, Share Certificates, and day-to-day client information management
  • Handling post, filing, drafting correspondence, and assisting with compliance requirements

About You:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
