Accounts Payable Clerk

Citadel Source is recruiting for a full-time accounts payable clerk for a hospitality brand in Bristol City Centre. This is a full time, permanent role on a hybrid basis (3 days in office).

About you

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager. You’ll be required to complete end to end accounts payable. The role demands a good communicator who is structured, numerate, determined, and able to take the initiative.

The Role

• Ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger process
• Processing supplier bills and credit notes
• Onboarding new supplier - completing credit checks
• Bank and Statements reconciliations.
• Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns
• Support month end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations)
• Ad hoc finance related activities

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• European stakeholder experience
• NetSuite experience (desired)

What the Client has to offer

• A salary level of £26,000 to £29,000
