General Builder (Multi-Trade)

Role Overview:

My clients continued growth has provided them with an exciting opportunity to add new General Builders to the team who are multi-trade based. This role will be predominantly working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team helping to deliver home renovation and extension projects.

To be successful in achieving this position you will be required to have experience completing:

·Groundworks & drainage

·Block work

·Insulating, boarding & plastering.

·Rendering

·Structural Alterations using steelwork.

·Landscaping projects

·Construction of extensions

·1st Fix Carpentry i.e. Studwork, structural floors, roof framing

·2nd Fix Carpentry i.e. Timber flooring, hanging doors, installing skirting architraves and window boards

·Tiling and grouting

·Decoration

·Have appropriate transport to get materials on way to site

This is a varied role with fast-pace, you will need to think on your feet, problem solve but is also fun and a friendly environment. The industry never stands still and throughout that constant movement they guarantee a support network that offers an experienced and focused team that enables everyone to achieve their goals.

Benefits for self employed:

·Self employed rate £170per day

·Employed £30-34k salary depending on experience

·39 hour working week

·Business Mileage
