This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Carpenter to join the responsive repairs team covering their Bristol and Gloucester localities.


Your new role
As a Carpenter, you will be expected to carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in occupied properties as part of the Responsive Repairs division as well as being willing to help out elsewhere depending on demand.
Day to day tasks are likely to include, however not be limited to, the following -

  • 1st and 2nd fix works
  • Window and Door Installation
  • UPVC Servicing and Install
  • Locksmithing
  • Kitchen Fitting
  • Fencing and external works

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry, or have at least 5 years of relevant Carpentry experience. You must also hold a full UK driving license as you will be driving a company van between jobs. Ideally, you would also have previous experience working within a Social Housing environment.
