Our client is currently searching for several ambitious Chef de Partie’s to join a breathtaking venue in central Bristol, with a leading contract company.  The ideal Chef de Partie's will dedicated individuals with a passion for fresh produce and a drive to develop themselves professionally. Each day will be different and you will be encouraged to grow within the team. Duties:
  • To work alongside the senior kitchen team delivering precise prep.
  • To maintain kitchen and hygiene standards.
  • Taking in morning deliveries, ensuring the correct quantity and produce has been delivered, and performing quality checks.
  • Managing your section during service, delivering consistently perfect cooking
  • To support the junior team with prep and service
  • Kitchen closedown, prep lists for the following service and detailed orders
Do you have the skills?
  • A self-motivated individual who works to deadlines and within time frames
  • Will have strong knife skills and a high standard of kitchen prep
  • Ability to work across multiple sections & multi task
  • Must have a strong understanding of kitchen health & safety and food hygiene
  • A gregarious, outward going personality who enjoys working in a team
  • Organised and diligent, keen to go the extra mile with a can do attitude
