Job Type: Term-time only, Permanent
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 30hrs+ a week
Salary: 14ph
Location: BS6 Bristol
As a Chef Manager, your responsibilities will be:
- To lead by example and guide your team to provide high quality and healthy meals.
- To plan and prepare meals in line with company recipes.
- To ensure all members of staff adhere to Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
- To organise and supervise your team through the preparation of meals, ensuring the highest standard.
- Has previous experience of managing a kitchen environment, preferably in a school setting.
- Is a fully qualified Chef.
- Has good knowledge and is aware of all allergens.
- Must have a DBS check, this is required to obtain this role.
