We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join this team in an Award Winning restaurant set ina prestigious Boutique Hotel in Bristol.The ideal Sous Chef candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in producing Modern European/British cuisine. Working with the finest local produce the new Sous Chef can look forward to working ona seasonal a la cartemenu and providing amazing foods to private events, exclusive members club and public events.
Sous Chef requirements:
The ideal Sous Chef candidate will have a real flair for cooking, a sense of fun and excellent leadership skills. You will be the Head Chef's right hand person and be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen in their absence. Sous Chefs are involved in menu development and will be asked to give ideas on menus on a regular basis. Some experience in fine dining and working with fresh ingredients is preferred
