- Implementing growth plans, to expand the pool of prospective and existing stakeholders, preferably at C-Suite level and across different functions in order to identify and support account specific growth opportunities.
- Building and utilising strong working relationships to enter into new functions, divisions and locations for existing accounts.
- Harnessing and leading opportunities that are across various locations and also for different services or products.
- Conducting client research alongside accurate market analysis to effectively identify growth opportunities with that specific client accounts, by using the gained information to inform decision making on tailored solutions for the client.
- Working collaboratively alongside colleagues when needed to ensure that the business offerings to clients are successful and are consistently driving the growth plan forward.
- Monitoring and reviewing progress against the growth plan and KPIs alongside various management and stakeholders.
- Closely working with clients to provide your insight and thoughts to spearhead discussions aimed at promoting value for both parties.
- Maintaining accurate and full pipeline and account data in order to support reporting for senior management regarding performance.
