We have a brand-new opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturing organisation, overseeing and managing the South-West region and offering fully remote working.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee an area covering the South-West and South Wales, acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of customers in the area. Working in a region with a strong agricultural focus, you will spend your time out and about in the field meeting with new and existing customers to discuss their requirements and the extensive range of products available from this leading business. With a service driven approach, you will answer queries relating to previous and current orders, stock availability, prices and delivery timescales, offering a bespoke approach for each customer.

With a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, as the Regional Sales Manager you will be confident in making product recommendations for your customers, maximising current customer accounts and developing long-standing relationships. With an eye on the sales pipeline, you will build a good network in the area, attending trade shows and arranging meetings with new customers to further develop new business leads, liaising closely with the sales office to set up new orders and accounts, processing high volumes of orders correctly and efficiently and keeping customers updated throughout.

To succeed in this new Regional Sales Manager role, you will need to be a confident sales professional, with a good understanding of the towing and touring or automotive industry. With great communication skills, you will develop business relationships with new customers as well as develop current customer accounts, making sure all opportunities for new sales are maximised. You will also need an organised approach as you will be managing your own diary, travelling around your region to meet with customers and attend trade shows, logging and tracking new sales orders and working across various internal IT systems.
