Duties include minor reactive repairs, planned maintenance works, painting and decorating, health and safety checks, grounds maintenance, installation of white goods, visual PAT testing, changing plugs and fuses, and minor plumbing tasks.

Part time Maintenance Technician required for student accommodation in central Bristol – BS1

£15 per hour
16 hours per week, split over 3 days
Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 9am - 5pm

About the role

Minor reactive repairs
Carrying out planned maintenance works
Painting and decorating
Health and safety checks
Grounds maintenance - gardening, refuse & recycling management etc
The installation of white goods
Carrying out visual PAT testing
Changing plugs and fuses
Minor plumbing tasks.

The right candidate

Excellent communication skills, as you will be working within residents’ living spaces
Confident in your ability to undertake general maintenance works, including minor electrical maintenance
