Purosearch are working with a developing care provider to recruit a passionate and experienced registered nurse to join their Bristol service as Clinical Manager. The Clinical Manager will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, oversee clinical compliance, clinical management and ensure the clinical team are providing the highest standards of care. You will be supported by a clinical lead and registered manager which will allow you to focus on the clinical quality assurance for the service.

Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse with;

A background in elderly / dementia nursing homes
Passionate, and driven to provide the highest standards of care
A working knowledge of CQC regulations and all other stakeholders/authorities' responsibilities
Experience in management and leadership within a clinical setting in a care home
The ability to inspire and motivate a Clinical Team to provide exceptional resident experiences
Develop, coach mentor, and support the clinical team
A valid Nursing PIN is essential


As Clinical Manager you will;

Lead and guide the Clinical Team, with continuous improvement and clinical excellence
Align clinical priorities with organisational objectives, emphasizing safety, resident experience, and sustainability
Deliver and ensure high standards of care are being met, ensuring consistent compliance with company policies and procedures in relation to quality and assurance requirements
To oversee that Clinical Governance is delivering continuous improvement
Demonstrate expertise in clinical practice, resident care, and professionalism
Inspire and motivate the Clinical Team to demonstrate the delivery of high-quality relationship-centered care for all residents
