CNC Machinist
29,900 (26,000 + shift allowance of 3,900), BS11 Avonmouth, permanent, 33 days holiday (rising with service to 38), Pension, Life Insurance, Sick pay, Holiday Sell back scheme, Benefits Platform, Attendance Bonus, Dress down Fridays shift: 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday Late shift: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, parking .

Established production engineering company in Avonmouth are recruiting for a cnc operator, cnc Machinist, cnc miller working in a small team of CNC machinists on a 2 shift pattern reporting to the CNC Supervisor.

The cnc operator, cnc Machinist, cnc miller role will involve the following

• cnc machiningMilling, drilling and skimming metal
• Working with existing proved out programs
• Fanuc controls
• Changing tooling and basic settings
• Working with raw materials to engineering drawings and dimensions

Ideally the cnc operator, cnc Machinist, cnc miller will have the following

• Production background in an engineering environment
• Qualifications or training in CNC operating and machining.
• However candidates able to demonstrate a relevant work history in this type of role and or experience with other types of CNC equipment i.e.cnc turning or cnc drilling may have transferable skills suitable for this position.
