CNC TURNING MACHINIST
ESS Employment are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turning Machinist for an established engineering company in the Kingswood area. The vacancy will be permanent after a successful trial period.
The Role
- Setting and operating a CNC turning machine
- Fanuc and Mazak control system
- Ensure complex and intricate components meet the required specifications
- Maintain a clean and tidy workshop environment
- Adhere to strict health and safety procedures
- Working with Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Titanium and Brass
The Person
- Preferably time served
- Experience of CNC turning within a CNC environment.
- Experience of working with Fanuc and Mazak controls.
- Duties will include changing inserts, general editing of programmes and use of measuring equipment.
- Experience working to ISO9001:2015 quality standards
- Whilst not a requirement, Solidworks, CMM and CNC Programming experience would be advantageous.
