About the Role: As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mechanical contracts within the realm of HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks, particularly in high-rise building projects. This position demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, who can confidently take charge of complex projects and ensure their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee mechanical contracts, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and deadline standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.
  • Provide technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks in high-rise building environments.
  • Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and troubleshoot any arising issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing projects related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Soil Stacks in high-rise buildings.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications are highly desirable.
