Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a compliance company, with the appointment of a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
Their office is based in Emersons Green, and you will be working in a friendly close-knit team. You will be providing integral customer service support, ensuring a professional and first-class service to their clients.
You will be:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Acting as 1st line support for users.
- Supporting the Customer Service Team and the 2nd line technical team.
- To ensure all assistance and advice provided is in line with company regulations.
- Manage record reconciliation with other staff members and escalate any identified risks.
- To assist with email enquiries in line with company standards.
- Ensuring work is completed to internal procedures and FCA regulatory requirements.
You will need:
- Call centre or customer service experience in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Time management skills and the drive to gain new skills.
Benefits:
