Position Overview: As a Secondary Early Career Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and educating students in your chosen subject area. Working collaboratively with experienced educators, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills and pedagogical techniques while contributing to the academic and personal growth of your students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal development.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
  • Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics.
