The Company:

We are working with an established and reputable insurance broker in the South West.

An opportunity has come up for a Corporate Account Handler and Team Leader to join their established Corporate Insurance Team.

This is exciting opportunity and with a business who can offer excellent career progression opportunities.

The Role:

As the leader of a diverse team of Corporate Account Handlers, you will spearhead client interactions while also driving team leadership and management initiatives.

You'll engage with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, guiding a team of account executives in handling renewals, pursuing new business opportunities, and managing MTAs.

Your role involves overseeing daily client inquiries and facilitating seamless back-office broking operations, including open market transactions and Acturis management.

With dynamic developments underway within the company, there are promising opportunities for career advancement on the horizon.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have at least 3-5 years experience of working as a Corporate Account Handler
  • Acturis experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills and the desire to lead a team going forward
  • Previous experience as a manager is not essential, but beneficial for applying
  • You will be managing a team split over Cardiff and Bristol, so a willingness to travel is a must
