FP&A Manager

Citadel Source are delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable Bristol business to recruit a FP&A Manager.

As the business continues to grow and develop, the systems and processes need improvement and optimisation. You will work directly alongside the CFO and Finance Director to help ensure that the finance function is fit for purpose and creating valuable and accurate MI.

About you

You will be a hands-on, detail-oriented accountant with an eye for detail. You will likely come from an reporting/FP&A background within a sizeable business setup. The role will help support decision making across the business through the provision of accurate budgeting/forecasting.

You will enjoy modelling and enjoy making improvements to systems and processes. You will also enjoy building relationships across the wider business

The role

This role is a newly formed role which will form a pivotable part of a high performing finance team. You will work very closely alongside the Finance Director as well as the broader business.

As a FP&A Manager your role will include but not be limited to: ?

• Adopt an approach of continuous improvement, diving into root cause solutions to improve process and procedures
• Responsible for management the Group Cashflow and Balance Sheet budget submissions.
• Manage the financial planning process, including preparing the annual P&L budget cycle, in year forecasts and monthly flash reporting processes, for senior management to review and approve.
• Work closely with the Finance Business Partners during the annual practice budget cycle
• Liaise with the Management Accounts teams to build accurate practice level cost budgets.
