- Leading and executing corporate finance services such as financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, and working capital analysis
- Managing and mentoring a team of professionals
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers
- Identifying and evaluating potential transaction opportunities
- Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate finance related matters
- Continuously seeking to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality
What you'll need to succeed
- A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on TS
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and due diligence techniques
- Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and other financial analysis software
- Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and new client acquisition
