Are you an IFA Administrator with aspirations to become a Financial Planner?

Recruit UK are working with a thriving wealth management firm in Bristol who are looking to bring on an IFA Administrator, who they can train up to become a Financial Planner. They will provide you with full training in order to become a qualified Financial Planner, as well as funding your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planner. Opportunities like these don’t come around often!

Duties will include:

• Letters of authority
• Preparing meeting packs
• Providing administrative support to Financial Planners
• Client liaison
• Chasing providers
• Inbox management
• Diary management
• Fact finds

Benefits:

• Salary up to £30,000
• 25 days annual leave
• Additional Christmas closure with no need to use annual leave
• Predominantly remote - only required to attend the office 1 day a week
• Private medical insurance

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience within a wealth management firm
• Interest in completing Level 4 Diploma
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as a team
