Menzies Distribution has an excellent opportunity for a De-Brief Clerk to join our team based in Bristol.

THE DETAILS:

• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday / 13:30pm - 22:00pm
• Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
• Location: Greensplot, Chittening Estate, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YB

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Answering inbound telephone calls, assisting customers with enquiries, and adhering to depot KPI's
• Assisting drivers with locating addresses and providing delivery instructions
• Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
• De- brief drivers on performance ( delivery’s and collections ) and challenge any poor performance and apply time scales for improvement
• Ensuring contractor paperwork is completed
• Basic administrative duties
• Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management or the Shift Manager

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Be a good communicator, have good attention to detail, and be willing to assist in all areas of the business when required
• Problem-solving skills
• Computer literate - Microsoft Excel/Teams/Word
• An ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working to strict deadlines
