Head of R&D
We have partnered with an industry leading Green Hydrogen and Energy Storage start-up who are looking for someone to lead their R&D department. This is a key position in their growth plans as they develop the solutions to solve global climate challenges.
The Company
- Start-up specilasing in Electrolysers and producing Green Hydrogen
- They have already secured long-term contracts and have found a strong niche in the market
- The leaders of the business have operated in this market for 20+ years and are well known voices in the sector
The Role
- Lead the strategy for the R&D function of the business
- Coach and mentor team members
- Become the SME within the team
- Take control of building out the team
The Ideal Candidate
- Masters degree or PhD in Chemistry
- Circa 5 years of experience managing Research and Development teams.
- Experience in scale-up manufacturing
