Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of repairs but ideally have experience with Kitchen and Bathroom refits.
- Inspect properties and assess repair needs, providing recommendations to clients.
- Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in an organized manner.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Work safely, following all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service, maintain a professional demeanour, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in home repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to use and update Job Management Software, including adding detailed notes and photos.
Qualifications
- Industry-recognised qualifications or proven knowledge
- Previous experience as a multi-tradesperson.
- Strong skills in joinery, plumbing, painting, and other maintenance tasks.
- Ability to follow a written brief.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to behave professionally at all times, being mindful of customers needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licenseÂ
- Must pass a DBS check.
