We have an amazing opportunity for a Multi-Trader based in the Bristol and Bath area - £22 per hour and local work as apart of the Voids team.

As the Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

Repair and maintenance within void properties.
General day to days include: Carpentry, Tiling, Patch Plastering, Painting and Decorating

The Multi Trade person will receive in return:

£22 per hour
Guaranteed 40 hours per week (Overtime available)
Weekly payments on a Friday (CIS or PAYE)

The successful Multi Trade person will:

NVQ or time served (in void properties)
Social Housing Experience
Own transport and tools
