Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Projects Solicitor to join their top-tier Projects team. What you'll do:
As a Newly Qualified Projects Solicitor, you will:
- Provide regulatory and commercial legal advice on a variety of projects
- Work closely with the team to tender for innovative and important projects nationwide
- Develop specialist expertise within highly regulated sectors
- Deliver commercial, procurement law, due diligence, and regulatory advice within your specialist sector
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure comprehensive legal support
- Stay updated with changes in law and regulations that may affect your clients or cases
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Newly Qualified Projects Solicitor role will be:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales as of September 2025
- Interest and prior research in our specialist sectors (Energy, Defence, Sustainable Transport/Infrastructure, or public procurement)
- Experience in transactional/advisory areas of law such as Commercial, Banking & Finance, Corporate (M&A), Construction
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
