The salary for this position is 26,250 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support Executive:
- Answering inbound correspondence offering a one-step resolution for all
- Agreeing callbacks to customers until resolutions are achieved
- Achieving revenue and margin targets for your customer base
- Delivering exceptional customer experience, supporting both head office and site level
- Driving revenue and providing market-leading customer experience
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Support Experience:
- Previous experience in sales support and/or customer service
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience in using data to identify spending gaps and drive key sales metrics
- Ability to work towards targets
