Due to growth Manucomm are now seeking a Technical Administrator / Technical Assistant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company in a day based role. You will need to be an excellent communicator, with attention to detail and have a passion for technical to be successful in this role. 聽 The role of the Technical Assistant will involve: 聽 路Working closely with management to ensure all areas of the Food Safety System are constantly maintained 路Knowledge of wholesale / nutritional specifications 路Regular internal auditing of the Quality System and site hygiene. 路Creating standard operating procedures for production processes 路Development of new products and nutritional information 路Testing of existing products 路Customer complaint handling 路Supplier approval management 路Assisting with management of the site HACCP 路Assistance on health and safety management 路Administration tasks as required 路Full on the job training will be provided. 聽 Technical Assistant Qualifications: HACCP Level 2 Experience of working with specifications Experience working within a Food/ Drink production environment is beneficial Methodical and logical with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as being part of the technical team 聽 Technical Assistant Salary and Benefits: Salary 聽- up to 拢28,000 pa 聽 The role of the Technical Assistant could suit a Food Science / Food Technology Graduate or a QA / Quality Auditor who is seeking the next step in their career within the food Industry 聽 This role is commutable from Keynsham, Yate, Downend, Bath, Bristol, Farrington Gurney, Thornbury聽 and surrounding areas 聽 聽
