The purpose of your role will be to head up and motivate a team of Collections and Billings specialists, as well as spearheading improvements to existing systems and processes.   • Leading a team of 8 reports, monitoring KPIs and conducting appraisals
  • Spearheading improvements to existing systems and processes, particularly Billing platforms
  • Acting as the AR "Specialist" for the company and collaborating with other departments to add value and make Accounts Receivable "visible" across the wider business

The suitable candidate for this role will...

  • Be a strong and experienced leader, you will have led an Accounts Receivable team previously and possess a passion for motivating and leading
  • Be an expert in the Billing process, as well as Credit Management and Collections
  • Be an excellent communicator, capable of heading up discussions with other areas of the business
  • Be very confident in driving improvements to systems and processes- ideally, you will have specific recent experiences of improving AR systems and processes
