This is a very varied role, where you will be managing your own portfolio of insurance business, taking ownership of accounts in collaboration with the sales team. Duties will include, but not be limited to, reviewing and assessing new insurance business applications and providing the sales team with quotations, using your analytical skills to understand historic trends and claims experiences, and monitoring your insurance portfolio to ensure it meets the company’s risk appetite and remains profitable. You will be comfortable working with and manipulating numbers in Excel, in order to understand historical trends and future projections. You must also be well-organised, have attention to detail, and be comfortable assessing information quickly and effectively. You’ll enjoy working as part of a busy team, and relish in swapping from one task to another.
