Join one of the largest Residential teams in the UK as a Residential Development Lawyer. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of high-value residential development and investment projects. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is keen to contribute to the growth of our team and maintain strong relationships with major clients.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • You will handle a range of development work including conditional contracts and transfers, conditional options, advising on rights of pre-emption, collaboration agreements, and development agreements.
  • Engage directly with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Participate in business development activities, including organising and attending client events, writing articles, and other marketing efforts to promote the team's capabilities and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years post-qualified experience as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Knowledge of the UK living sector with expertise in house-building and/or strategic land. Experience in build to rent and affordable housing is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing existing client relationships and a track record of contributing to team growth.
  • Enthusiasm for residential development law and a clear understanding of the services offered by our team.
