Family Law Head Of Department , Bristol This is an excellent opportunity. You'll be replacing an experienced leaver and as such be head of privately funded Family Law.  The firm has always done both sides of Family, both legal aid and private and whilst there is someone handling public and private childrens' law work there is the opportunity for someone to pick up matrimonial, divorce finances and pre-nups side. 

You will be qualified and ideally have advocacy experience.

You'll possess high standards and in time be keen to forge a new team and be the main point of contact within Family.

There is scope for progression to partnership here as the person leaving took on extra responsibilities.

Salary package and perks can be negotiable to experience and the firm offers hybrid working generally.

You'll be motivated career wise and have the interpersonal skillset required to forge excellent relationships with staff within the firm as well as the general public, ensuring fresh supplies of leads.

The other departments such as property and private client pass leads over all the times but if you do have your own networks from around the south west or south wales that would be of real interest to the firm also.

Secretarial support is available.
