Join one of the largest and most respected Residential teams in the UK as a Senior Residential Development Lawyer. We are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in house-building, build to rent, strategic land, or affordable housing. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value development projects and contribute significantly to our team's growth and success.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • You will handle complex legal matters including conditional and unconditional contracts/transfers, option agreements, promotion agreements, development funding agreements, forward commitment/turnkey contracts, and collaboration agreements.
  • Work closely with major clients and panel appointments, providing expert legal advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the team by leveraging your expertise in the Living Sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Legal qualification with at least 8 years of post-admission experience.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering results.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing teams and leading projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK living sector, particularly in residential development.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
