We are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in house-building, build to rent, strategic land, or affordable housing. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value development projects and contribute significantly to our team's growth and success.
Day-to-Day of the Role:- You will handle complex legal matters including conditional and unconditional contracts/transfers, option agreements, promotion agreements, development funding agreements, forward commitment/turnkey contracts, and collaboration agreements.
- Work closely with major clients and panel appointments, providing expert legal advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the team by leveraging your expertise in the Living Sector.
- Legal qualification with at least 8 years of post-admission experience.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams and leading projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK living sector, particularly in residential development.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
