My client is seeking a qualified and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their team in Bristol. This role has become available due to internal movement within the company. The successful candidate will manage a book of existing clients and will also be responsible for acquiring new clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients.- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.- Acquire new clients through various channels.- Work closely with the admin team to ensure smooth processing of applications and client management.
Requirements
- CeMAP or equivalent (Level 4 Diploma Desirable)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills
