Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing retail business, with the appointment of an Operations Coordinator to join their team near Avonmouth.This fast-paced role will see you ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and logistics department. You will be directly supporting the Logistics Controller, based within their warm and lively office environment alongside their small warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming orders.
- Checking stock within warehouse and liaising with suppliers.
- Contacting customers to organise deliveries.
- Producing production reports.
- Outbound calls to arrange engineer appointments.
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel.
Skills required:
- Must have previous telephone experience.
- Resilient and unflappable nature.
- Must be a confident communicator.
- Excel and spreadsheet experience.
Extra details:
- Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
- Office based, Avonmouth.
- Must have own vehicle, no public transport links.
