Role Overview:
As a Facilities Maintenance Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing mechanical systems within our office site. From HVAC systems to plumbing and beyond, your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the comfort, safety, and efficiency of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate efforts and ensure comprehensive facility upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service history.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions.
