The ideal candidate will be a creative and articulate communicator with experience in both organic and paid social media, as well as Google advertising. A “can-do” attitude and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role, which involves promoting training programmes through various channels.

- Design and deliver marketing campaigns in consultation with Programme Directors, Coordinators, and the Marketing, Sales & Partnerships teams.
- Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Manage digital and social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, to reach new and existing clients.
- Update SEO-optimised websites with compelling content, thought leadership insights, and case studies.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, segmented by audience, and direct mail campaigns.
- Collaborate with PR & Media Consultant for public relations and media activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and manage external agencies for timely and budgeted campaign delivery.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Promote the positive impact of our training on participants, schools, and young people using data provided by subject matter experts.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns.
- Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for proofreading.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and website Content Management Systems.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Capable of maintaining accuracy and attention to detail within tight deadlines.
