Resourcing Group are recruiting for a Building Services Engineer to join an established FM provider covering the Bristol area.
Job Details:
- Full time Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm
- Van & fuel card
- Up to 41k PA
- Mobile
- Permanent
- Must hold 18th edition and Electrical/ Mechanical NVQ/ C&G
Duties:
- Work on Building systems relating to the electrical & mechanical plant
- Maintaining Pumps, Motors and Valves
- Maintaining Electrical Systems & Equipment
- Maintaining Building systems such plumbing, Drainage & L8 Water Regulations
