I am currently working with a leading FM service provider, looking to recruit an experienced, forward thinking and dynamic Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a retailcontract across Bristol.

The Role:
- Carry out Mechanical PPMs and Reactive Maintenance tasks
- Carry out Fault Finding and rectification to a range of Mechanical systems and equipment
- Complete paperwork and liaise with Fellow Engineers, The Management and The Client

The Candidate:
- Must be qualified in a Mechanical discipline e.g. plumbing or HVAC
- Must have experience carrying out Mechanical Maintenance tasks within commercial properties
- Must be customer facing and have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must live in BS postcode.
