We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of our educational setting. This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for education.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing reception duties with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance data, and staff documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments, providing logistical support where necessary.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Assist with financial administration, including processing invoices, managing budgets, and overseeing school purchases.
  • Support teaching staff with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials for lessons and organising resources.
  • Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and service providers as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
