??Exhibit composure, patience, and empathy, recognizing that classrooms can sometimes be overwhelming environments. The ability to take a deep breath and respond appropriately is vital, both in managing emotions and diffusing challenging situations. ??

Candidates 'Must Have': �?

?? Possession of an enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one (assistance provided!) ??????

?? Eagerness and capability to work with children within a classroom setting ???�?

?? Previous experience in a Primary Teaching role (preferred) ??
