Your new company are a regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.

- New Build Hotel - Exeter
- New Build Student Accommodation - Bristol / Bath (multiple)
- New Build Care Home - Bristol
- Cladding - Bristol (multiple)
- New Build Youth Centre - Bristol
My client are looking for a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager,that has the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously whilst being hands on with Design Management, with assistance in the form of a Pre-Construction team.
