Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management and Construction for large, corporate clients? Are you adept at managing projects from inception to completion, navigating through the RIBA Plan of Work stages, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations? If so, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse range of projects, valued between £500k and £50M+. You will use your project and programme management expertise, alongside your exceptional problem-solving skills, to successfully manage projects in a changing environment. Your ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects through all RIBA Plan of Work stages.
  • Ensure projects adhere to statutory compliance, including Building Regulations, CDM, and Electrical Safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities to overcome project challenges.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring all deliverables are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Facilities Management and Construction project management for large, corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work stages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance such as Building Regulations, CDM, and Electrical Safety.
  • HNC qualification or higher in a relevant Construction or Facilities Management field is desirable.
