An established and award-winning lettings agency in Clifton is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join its high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse property portfolio while playing a key role in client service and operational delivery.

The position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with prior experience in property management. While student lettings experience is advantageous, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio landlords

  • Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations, including maintenance and compliance

  • Support and mentor junior team members

  • Handle tenant and client queries with professionalism and efficiency

  • Manage and resolve complaints in line with company standards

  • Coordinate and deliver student changeover projects

  • Conduct routine property inspections and action follow-ups

  • Ensure ongoing adherence to current lettings legislation

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential property management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues

  • Motivated, driven, and able to work independently

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Working knowledge of lettings legislation and regulatory requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
