Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets
- Conduct cost analysis and provide accurate estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the senior quantity surveyor
Key Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
