Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client for this exciting role within lettings. The client has a highly regarded lettings team with a strong presence in East Bristol, boasting multiple offices in the area. With their continued growth and success, they are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join their team as a Lettings Business Development Manager.

Lettings Business Development Manager Role Overview:As a Lettigns Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting accurate property valuations and effectively bringing them to market.
  • Cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with landlords.
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities to expand our portfolio.
  • Ensuring compliance with office systems and service standards.
  • Upholding their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Introducing innovative strategies to drive business development and support our clients.
  • Collaborating closely with the Lettings Director to identify and capitalise on new business prospects.
  • Overseeing the Lettings New Business operations in East Bristol on a day-to-day basis.
  • Leading and mentoring a successful Lettings Team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Lettings Business Development Manager Skills: We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who possesses the following qualities:

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in an agency environment, including team management.
  • Strong numerical and computer literacy skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with an OTE £40,000 (Uncapped Pooled Commission) Negotiable dependent on experience.
  • 25 Days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (Increasing further upon completion of 3 & 6 years’ service).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.45 am-6.00 pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 am-4 pm (with lieu day in the week)
