With their continued growth and success, they are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join their team as a Lettings Business Development Manager.
Lettings Business Development Manager Role Overview:As a Lettigns Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting accurate property valuations and effectively bringing them to market.
- Cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with landlords.
- Proactively generating new business opportunities to expand our portfolio.
- Ensuring compliance with office systems and service standards.
- Upholding their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Introducing innovative strategies to drive business development and support our clients.
- Collaborating closely with the Lettings Director to identify and capitalise on new business prospects.
- Overseeing the Lettings New Business operations in East Bristol on a day-to-day basis.
- Leading and mentoring a successful Lettings Team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

- Minimum of 12 months' experience in an agency environment, including team management.

Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with an OTE £40,000 (Uncapped Pooled Commission) Negotiable dependent on experience.
- 25 Days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (Increasing further upon completion of 3 & 6 years’ service).

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45 am-6.00 pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 am-4 pm (with lieu day in the week)
