Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning and independent Property Company, with the appointment of a Senior Property Manager to join their small, close-knit team.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of three property managers, being the first point of contact for all tenants, landlords and contractors. You will ideally have previous property experience and act as the senior within the team, reporting to the Branch Manager.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a large portfolio of properties.
  • Advertising new properties and rooms to let.
  • Handling check-ins and outs of tenants.
  • Logging maintenance issues, organising contractors and checking maintenance compliance.
  • Communicating with landlords and tenants.
  • Ensuring properties are compliant with current regulations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ property experience.
  • Own transport and full driving license
  • Fantastic communication skills.
