Join our friendly, high-energy team as a Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for a vibrant office. This role is crucial in delivering first-class office facilities and ensuring a welcoming environment for all building users.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the reception desk, ensuring a friendly and welcoming presence.
  • Verify that all visitors have the correct security pass and lanyard upon entering the office.
  • Escort necessary visitors and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Act as a Fire Marshal during emergency evacuations and assist with the use of an Evac Chair.
  • Handle security pass requests, room bookings, and stationery supplies.
  • Process incoming and outgoing post and promote the services provided by the Business Support Team.
  • Build effective relationships within teams and with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and creative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of undertaking light physical activities, such as moving parcels and boxes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
