I am currently looking for a Receptionist for one of my clients in Bristol. Working for the Office Manager you would support the team with client liaison, administration and front of house.
Duties would include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors face to face.
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email.
- Meeting room management
- Administration
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Dealing with post and courier requests
Reception, Front of House or face to face Customer Service experience is a must for this role.
Experience with Microsoft office is essential.
