- Working as part of the front of house team, you will be the 'face' of the firm, greeting everyone with a friendly smile and efficient manner
- Providing refreshments and a calm, yet assured manner to everyone who you meet with.
- You will be responding to a range of telephone calls with a calm demeanour.
- Managing 33 meeting rooms which are in high demand. The reception team manage the booking system and coordinate large client meetings, seminars and events through to fine dining and internal activities.
- You will need to have previous telephone reception experience.
- You'll need to have a very professional approach, as well as a naturally helpful manner
- Experience of coping very well under pressure and enjoy being the face of the firm.
- A flexible nature is required for the role.
