- Account management

- Conducting pre-screening calls with candidates

- Arranging interviews on behalf of clients

Graduate recruitment consultant : The Requirements:
- Degree educated or 1 Years Sales Experience or 6+ months recruitment experience
- Strong work ethic
- A financially motivated individual
- Personable
- Excellent communication skills
